I'm sure if the novel had a happy ending, this Manhwa will keep that and only roughly summarize the bits in between as novel adaptations tend to do.
yeah so the uke never stood a chance. the seme was always obsessed with him but as the author hinted he's a bit psychotic and prob a bit on the spectrum too so no self-awareness lol. poor uke lol, he has no idea just how deep (and scary) the semes feelings for him really are.

I'm actually glad the author didn't just queer-bait and decided to make them canon. I appreciate how she sprinkled some realistic concept in there too. They are only teenagers and romantic love is a new emotion for them. They found it fast and with each other no less. And I appreciate how careful and cautious they are being about it, but also know that they want to explore it further with each other. Their future seems hopeful. Also it's hard to imagine them not together forever, they're practically attached at the hip lol.
The main story is done but there are side-stories I think the author just whips up when she feels like it. I hope they eventually get translated too! hehe.
