Like I think Nick is so used to being the center of attention and everyone paying attention to him. It looks like he's slightly flustered about being ignored. He also doesn't like people asking him questions about a decision that he's made. Then you have Louis who was hurt and angry about how Nick broke up with him. But halfway he started to treat Theo as someone who's not a problem. Theo is finally moving on from his obsession with Nick. Theo was probably told something when he was younger and that's why he became obsessed.
