im on ch.38 and oh my god whats the point of making the second ml care for the mc like that, it literally hurts to see him take L after L, and to be honest?? mc is dumb as hell too!! where i am atm i don't think he ever makes a choice that feels like its for himself, the moment it looks like he's going to end the dumb bet, blondie gets a convenient flashback that makes him look sensible all of a sudden, its like the author knew he was being a little bastard and needed to backtrack enough to meet the ending in set amount of time. if i came away with anything at all from this? it needed more chapters to properly build its characters, and for the love of god, the mc and blondie definitely need time apart to figure out how they really feel, without outside intervention. will keep reading.
