Radio Storm! The only thing you get from reading this manhwa is an understanding of two side characters that are in Radio Storm. Moritat makes literally zero sense.

Jesse is the "Chairman" character with blue eyes that shows up from time to time at the Academy, and Law (they refer to him as Chester in RS) is the tall guy with yellow eyes that does the field work - he's the one that picked up Core MC (can't remember his name rn) from his hometown and pops up every now and then. It's worth re-reading Radio Storm to see Jesse and Chester as side characters, it took me like 5 times reading it to recognize them

I remember near the end Blonde guy made a comment saying "I can't leave him (Jesse) alone for too long", and that is what finally made me realize they were from Moritat. It was a cute but subtle way to show that they still have their weird relationship!
