For me MD and Chanwoo are not good for each other. They don't fit at all with their idea of a relationship. MD likes being sex friends but doesn't want to share. We can see that once he becomes serious he wants to monopolise. He fell for him to the point of wanting to date. And Chanwoo? That boy only wants to have fun, experience new stuff, no strings attached, he will never get serious about only one (at least not now). So if they got together they would only hurt each other.
