I was sure he was really scratched with that needle, but looking back at the chapter where he's threatened with it ( http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/19_days/bt/manga/19_days/c184/pg-9/), the needle is held on his right side, whereas the marks are always on the left side of his neck. So either Old Xian made a mistake or that princess She Li also scratched him with his nails :D

It's a different scratch mark. The one on the left side is just two scratch lines, but on the right side seems bigger. And we did not seen it until chap188 cause Tian ware that high neck jacket, it's only visible when he took his jacket off and give to Mo.
