i tried two chapters of this and it reads to me honestly as a generic and blatant forced “yandere”-esque tryhard fantasy idk, with a FL supposedly in a powerful role acting completely powerless and flipping. does it get better? is it worth reading? just curious cuz i kept getting this series recommended when i was looking for good yandere/psychological series. ty mwah

as someone who also likes yandere manga, it's definitely hard to read more than others because ML is violent and there are scenes of abuse, coercion, rape, etc. he's not the yandere type who protects. FL is attracted to him just a bit, but she is really forced most of the time. The psychological aspect is interesting just because of the power dynamics. I finished reading it now, and it's okay for dark fantasy (at least for me, but I prefer reciprocity with yandere stories). but the art is pretty, they are two beautifully drawn characters.

it's not the ending but i accidentally came to know that in the future ml keep losing his memory then remember her again, then lost his memory again despite the romance going on between them it is the angst i suppose
Lee Yeon call cops, cops show up multiple times but won’t do shit bcs of the “false” report she made two years ago (the day she met chaewoo) and think she’s lying again.
She gets desperate and resorts into sleeping next to chaewoo so he can wake up. Once he wakes up she explains the situation and asks him to do something about the stalker she had successfully captured by pepper spraying him. He gladly takes care of it by beating him up, but doesn’t kill him upon Lee Yeon’s request, as much as he wanted him dead he just threatens him to leave her alone at the end. The stalking ends. During this time we find out a mysterious man named Jang Beomhee, who works for the Kwon Family but is most loyal to Chaewoo, is living near Lee yeons house and has been keeping an eye on them since the deal two years ago was made. Mostly to keep an eye on chaewoo.
