Maybe in this story it does not count the same way as the others.... I dont know. I've seen different kinds of markings, bonds and mating depending on the author (I've even seen one that it's the omega that marks the alpha and the bond is valid only for the alpha to the point he can't have an erection except with that person and the omega can have more than one bond)....
