Actually, it's called boundaries. If he was drinking with them, it's understandable but he doesn't have to halt all his plans for the day for an event that he wasn't even a part of. Obviously he's just out of high school and experiencing drinking culture and uni social life for the first time but MC is extremely careless. On the other hand, ML is way too dependent and controlling as well.

huh?? thats so childish. he didn't have ANY plans that day. sure he wanted to make food and talk things through with Jun but he even texted him saying that he was gonna come back late since he thought Jun was asleep. he didn't know that his phone was busted because it was working the previous night. he's also running on low sleep because Jun hasn't been letting him rest. Jun had been acting really cold and pushy and somewhat controlling and that's absolutely not Chungho's fault. obviously Jun wants to be with him more but they're college students!! they'll be pretty busy at the start of the year socializing and it'll mellow out eventually.
Once again, I already mentioned that Jun is overly dependent. He has no other friends, has been pining for years, and finally got the only person he's interested in and wants nothing else. That is toxic obviously and he needs to branch out. But Chungho is still careless however, he is acting like any other freshman with the socializing and drinking. It's normal for his age but not mature behaviour. It's important to have boundaries and set aside time for yourself, your lover, your friends, university work and your family. Chungho, atm, has no control and is letting his socialnlife run amok, which is leaving Jun behind because he wants his love life to take up all the time. Either ways, they are both immature.
