A friend of mine suggest me this Manga saying "This is so... US".
I've never joined a band, but I've been a fan and then a groupie of his. We were all young and carefree - with our heads and hearts full of music, sex and beer - when one of us died from anaphylactic shock after a live performance. Thus it's not as traumatic as a suicide, for a while, it's been really really hard to find strength and courage to play music and even to meet each other again. But we had to, for the friend we have lost.
Our band didn't succeed, but they still play just for fun. And I ended up marring the drummer.
