I like this story and nothing is weird, the only ppl who find it sonething crazy with are actually weird, honestly.

I can't stop people from liking what they do. I can just say that people that read as well as create this type of fiction and enjoy it openly are going to get backlash for it and rightfully so as the line between fiction and real life is more often blurred when it comes to sexualizing children in my opinion.

Also this story is already tagged with shounen ai+shota, them being together was inevitable, there was always an option to not read.
Honestly, I have no problem with ppl finding this genre/story weird as everyone has their own preferences, I also have no problem ppl questioning this as it's something out of ordinary and you+ ppl here in the comment section aren't the first one to do that, search Internet you'll find your question with valid answers to that question.

My only problem is accusing ppl based on your own normal and accusing them as a criminal and weird again based on your 'assumptions', some even said author and ppl here should just kill themselves, why? These reason that you initially gave for why ppl read this are just some made up theories ppl like you that came up with, you'll be amazed to know majority of ppl just read this story and other stories, for the sake of reading and there's no reason behind it, ppl see update, ppl read, move on to another story, forget about it, get back to their real life and repeat, that's also why ppl say differentiate fiction and reality. If you pay attention everyone wants to just cheer on them and be a part their journey till they be together.

Tsubaki is crushing on him really hard and yuu also see him really cutely but he's thoughful, he's thinking things thoroughly so I don't understand the problem, the way author teases her audience is just funny for me(maybe not for you and ppl having same thinking like you) whether they become together now or after timeskip, I don't really care honestly(maybe you will), I just wanna enjoy reading about their cute journey.

Your worries about sexualizing children are correct, rightfully so but this story is far from what you're thinking. I'm not here to change your mind about this story or something, just telling you my side of thinking, if you've already made up your mind that it's weird then no matter what others say, you'll find it weird.
