I think the KNEEL part was on the script, it might sound weird to us but, in their setting i think dramas and movie's storyline still consist of dom/sub theme on it so the KNEEL was intended on the script.

In regards to your second question, it's a symbolic dream. Louis' baby isn't a literal dragon. If you wanna know more, google "conception dream" and read the Wikipedia entry, especially the section "In Korea". Apparently it's common for mothers-to-be in certain cultures to dream about fruit, animals, nature, etc.
