Guys don't worry too much about Naozumi!!! I think people are misinterpreting the fact that he couldn't fall in love with another girl. He never fell in love with another girl--BECAUSE HE'S WITH A GUY NOW!! And it might look like he forced himself to be with a guy but maybe he was initially attracted to guys more and Sana was the exception, which is why he said he tried to love other girls but he couldn't.Also, he said that things were going well with him and the guy. So please don't be too heartbroken, I'm pretty sure the author intended to make it more of "don't worry guys just cause he can't love another girl doesn't mean he can't love someone else"
