Noelle is a real wing. A lot of the wings that follow the saintess are fake and got their powers from the being controlling the saintess. The white haired guy(the other wing and noelle's lover) is also a real wing, reason why he is able to disobey the saintess, even if very little and is slowly realizing how shitty the saintess really is.
