That's true. There's this one manga that I've read that I think was released a year after Love Stage but don't receive any recognition of some sort. And I don't think I've seen anyone who talked about it that much

Also there are far too many isekai comics with similar storyline already, i doubt they'd make an anime for this soon, well unless it gets blown up suddenly or something. Even an actually good one like Twittering Birds Never Fly took 12 years to get an anime adaptation.

The plot where 2 people, an average one and bubbly one, get isekai-ed and the bubbly one is considered the "saint" while the average one is ignored, then it turns out the average one is the true "saint". The prince is always rude and annoying, the "saint" is a mindless goody two shoes, and the average protagonist is a hard worker. I mean that kind of plot and characters. It's pretty cliche at this point. The only difference here is it's BL.
