are you sure it's really the mangaka? this person lived in texas and it seems the manga "Kanra Kanraku" is written and illustrated by SASAKI KUMIKO and its from 2015, also the cover from 'Koi yo, Hallelujah' (light novel 2015) . I'm a bit confused ┗( T﹏T )┛
