And uke has been stuggling to accept that he has developed feelings for the seme. Therefore since the actor dude has already found out about uke being gay and he is also gay and is interested in uke, he suggested that he helps uke to get over these feelings with him.
In the mean time the seme confronts the purple-hair, he tells the same to seme-to end things. But he refuses. And goes looking for uke, realizing that uke was told to end everything but he didn't for a week or something so he probably has feelings for him as well. And seme decides that if uke really does have feeling for him, he will never let him go. Over everything he will choose him.
So when uke and seme finally meet, Uke tells him that it's over, but seme tells uke how he feels, therefore The kiss.
It's not everything that has happened but I hope it makes at least a bit of sense >.<
