They're two different groups. Sunny Side Up is the main translator for this series on Mangadex. I think Sunny Side started translating before Salty, but Salty was updating a lot quicker than Sunny for a period of time.
Sunny Side Up is a different scan group and they are the original translators of this manhwa. As dofu said, Salty was updating quicker so I guess you could say that they technically sniped this from Sunny Side Up, but to be honest, there is value in quality over quantity.
