That's what I'm wondering. The dad's eyes with the red looked like he'd been cryng to me
but keep in mind, woojun said he wanted to be an elephant when he grows up because they are super strong, this could of been a domestic and the dad's "crying" is because he didn't mean to kill his own kid

It is her novel tho, she can do whatever she wants as it is a fantasy world born from her mind.
