Guys Inumakis arm got cut off during the big fight ( Sukuna vs the Curse Fushiguro Megumi released OR when sukuna vs the volcano curse user ) multiple people got caught in the explosion... but it looks like inumakis was not unscathed :( and if your wonder where megumi is hes at the healing station bc his man's sukuna dropped him off
