i believe cicero is a psychopath and wanted his twin brother, krister, to join him so he had someone to relate to and it wasn't just him. this part is a complete guess from me but i bet cicero harmed or pushed jonathan but maybe krister saved him? possible krister knew jonathan before he lost a memory or jonathan was the reason why krister didn't want to kill which made cicero want to kill jonathan. but thats just a possibility

Yes I thought that krister knew Johnathan (or at least being noticed by krister from the first time seeing him), that's why krister has a picture of Jonathan smiling (which chapter I forgot) hanging on the wall. Or he saved him before and Jonathan lost his memory due to head injury. But I still don't get what is krister's purpose? He said "what he wants the most" is what? in chapter 50...
