im not the only one who feels bad right? like, he deserves to suffer for what he’s done, if anything death is a mercy. i think it’s the fact that i keep thinking back onto the chapters of his childhood and how he was raised that i feel bad for him. god forbid a man has some mental shit going on because of some trauma growing up
ts pmo icl ngl tbh idgaf fg is so buns and everyone rooting for him and seth to be together apparently needs reading glasses because they’ve been reading with their head up their own ass. “seth and horus have no chemistry” did we all read the same thing or are you guys (fg obsessors) seriously rooting for the dude who INTENTIONALLY raped the beautiful, gorgeous, strong, independent, radiant, intelligent, bold, respectable, resilient seth (mb i got a little side tracked but you get the gist). meanwhile, we got a 10/10 melanin, loyal, loving, also strong, admirable, adorable, handsome yet also pretty baddie named horus who has been growing as a character throughout the story ALONGSIDE seth. now idk abt you guys but last time i checked, fg is none of those things i listed and needs to go back to wherever the hell he came from. everytime i see him on my screen, i let out an audible groan that makes me wanna rip out my eyes and offer it as a gift to the fg fans who decided not to pay any attention to the story because they’re either illiterate or genuinely blind (as i mentioned before). anyway, i need to take a shit after typing this out and i lowkey am craving some chipotle. lmk if you guys want me to pick something up for you to eat EXCEPT for yk, the name we shall not mention, fans.
It was because of the mirror. I hated hors too but then someone explained in the comment that horus saw the mirror that make you forget the one you love and make you fall in love with another person. Well the other person horus had to fall in love was Seth except he was already in love so it missed with his brain and made him do that. He would've never done that if he was in his right mind obv.
Not to mention Seth was doing it to actively harm Horus. It wasn't a crime of passion, he wanted to break, humiliate and prove his power over Horus. He wanted to make it to where Horus wouldn't be able to face any of the other gods 'cause of the humiliation.
I love when people conveniently forget shit lol it makes me feel so much smarter.
I read this from beginning to current upload in one sitting so a lot of the chapters are fresh on my mind. It's also the spot where I originally stopped reading to let marinate back in 2019 so it's the one scene I remember the clearest lol
Like, the only reason Seth stopped was 'cause of the trauma or "curse" Osiris put on him. It made him hesitate and believe he can't overpower Horus despite him just being a lowly demigod. If he didn't have that weighing on him the scene would have played out with Seth raping Horus instead of what we got lol
Pls I hope both sides of your pillows are cold forever. Istfg there's always this one comment about "hOrus Rep seth" as If the reason why Seth even was there in horus's bedroom wasn't to rape horus and unlike horus who raped him because of mirrors influence Seth came with a definitie purpose and malicious motive. Same goes for the FG guy who raped Seth again and again for consecutive nights and took him like a sex slave but sure let's all hate horus because he's such a boring lame green respectful guy
Of all the non consensual sex that had happened in ennead only horus is the guy who actually cares for his partner and would never dare step a line out of control. The reason he did that was because the mirror of hathor n sekhmet has power to make anyone fall for the person they see in it's reflection and intensifies their emotions while fudging up their mind. If the person they see in the mirror is not someone they love then the mirror traps a part of their soul or their self that loves said person and essentially wipes or rewrites them so that they fall in love with the reflection they see. Hence why the side of nephyths who loves seth and has all memories with him is in the mirror and the one outside is an incomplete version betwched by mirror to love Osiris as she saw osiris reflection instd [he gifted the mirror to seth with intentions]
That would be so great seeing as summer has finally come and I am NOT looking forward to the triple digit temperatures LOL
But yeah, Horus didn't really have control over himself due to the mirror, and Seth was trying to intentionally harm and humiliate Horus by raping him. It both annoys and amuses me when people do this shit 'cause on one hand nice try twisting the narrative, and on the other it makes me feel so smart LOL
I call this phenomenon "Second ML Syndrome" where people are so against the narrative that they'd rather root for the guy who stands no chance than the ACTUAL romantic interest. Like, Horus, despite his flaws, is so goofily and horrendously down bad for Seth that he risked his mother's reputation and followers to help the man out. He's been consistently reminding Seth and letting him know that even if the whole world forgets about him and his heroic deeds that he'll be the one to remember them till he dies.
He's even refusing ascension into godhood 'cause he doesn't want to put his memories at risk. He genuinely loves Seth and is the only one who respects him. Horus isn't using him for some scheme or trying to harm him, if anything he wishes Seth would use HIM to reach his goals.
I love them so much OTL

are we dead butt rn
