Naaah I don't think he hates him at all. Rather he resents him because he got in trouble along with him at a moment when they both needed time to sort out their feelings and reflect on their actions. Chiwoo shows concern for him several times but he doesn't want to get involved more than necessary, he's a very quiet guy and obviously despises troubles, that's why he ostracizes himself so much.
