Guys I’ll say it, I like this story Σ( ￣□￣||) I think it’s cute and I like how the mc has no survival instincts but still wants to follow the ml I THINK ITS ADORABLE AND IM NOT AFRAID TO SAY IT!
I also fuck with size differences (as long as they don’t look like children) when it relates to the plot like of course the ml would be bigger as a crime boss but then the mc would be smaller because he’s sickly and possibly malnourished, like it’s not random size differences and I like that.
Going to the comments it felt like everyone was negative but man IM GONNA BRING THE POSITIVITY! I BINGE READ IT IN A SINGLE NIGHT! And will reread when it finishes, solid A tier for me, it’s got an interesting plot, a good dynamic, and I like that it’s a somewhat slow burn but also not at the same time. FUCK it’s unique and I love it ╮(￣▽￣)╭

The start was perfectly paced and actually really entertaining but now I feel like the author and artist just gave up LOL the story is rushed, panels are missing or confusing, the art is completely rushed, the romance was CRAZY rushed, I feel like they lost the plot too and I’m reading something completely different
What happened
I feel you. I was actually shocked when Sol met with Doel again and Doel was somehow acting like he’s inlove with Sol when he wasn’t like that before? Likee?? And then there’s the sudden smutty scene between Sol and Karhan, like what???? And i felt like the art changed three times lol
It’s just sad because this started great, and the premise of the story is also great.
Exactly what I’m thinking, the smut scene too just felt thrown in there, like I totally expected that like it would follow the cliche “oh he can’t like me because he’s supposed to end up with Doel so if he doesnt then I can’t go home,” but there wasn’t any of that at all? And now all of a sudden he wants to stay in this world? Did he ever consider it? I mean of course he was gonna end up in this world but he didn’t think about it at all like? Sure these things are cliche but I feel more left out without them especially since it feels essential for these types of plots
Man, i thought i was the only one. I read this without reading the comments to avoid bias. But this story progressed too quickly i agree, i thought there was gonna be a push and pull between Sol and Karhan since Sol knew that Karhan is supposed to end up with Doel. Sure, Sol’s goal was to get back to his original dimension at first, and of course it’s going to change later. But the change was so abrupt??
Everything was so sudden that it created major plot holes and there’s no getting back on it.
90 chapters of slow burn edging and we finally get there and there’s a hiatus of 5 weeks HAHAHAHAHA couldn’t have been scripted more perfectly
Curious what their next project is, could it be something new or a Meowie and Sunset adaptation (if it’s not going to be a side story to this but rather its own thing like the novel)

But honestly you can’t even count this as a romance, forget about yaoi or shounen ai, there wasn’t romance period, I just feel like I read a slice of life, nothing wrong with that it was still good but… man… I feel baited

ITS SO REFRESHING considering most bls (especially when related to stardom and fame) have rings but take them off when they’re in public
