Regas, Payback, December, Half of Me. All of these are made by the same people and though they’re really different from this manga (in terms of plot), they’re similar (at least to me) in terms of bl romances that don’t depend/rely on a lot of Smut. I extra recommend Regas and Half of Me because I like their plots way more compared to the other two.

if we wanna get technical for no reason, then that definitely is not, in fact, a medieval setting. It is a fantasy setting loosely based on a european aristocratic aesthetic. At no period in time did anyone ever dress or act that way within real history. the closest you could compare it to is some kind of neo-rococo alternate reality where people have modern haircuts. it's fantasy, that's it.

so the loose inspiration they took from European aristocratic society was the age gaps?
how are you using medieval? it being fantasy does not disqualify it from being medieval?

Medieval as in having a monarch, peasant and nobility society, anything you can imagine when one normally says medieval.

its a oneshot, it does not have enough worldbuilding to pretend the author did some glorious deep dive of European history beyond basic knowledge. (girls marrying older men because money.)

First, I didn't call the person that wrote it a pedo, and I said it isn't a medieval setting because it's not. Medieval times are not just the times in history in which there was a monarch, it was a specific period in time. A period in time that this, and pretty much every fantasy, loosely historically inspired, manga/ manhwa in no way reflect or replicate.

i get that people use loose historical settings as a way to use age gap relationships without people getting on their ass, but that straight up isn't why i mentioned it. I only said it wasn't a medieval setting because it really isn't, like at all.
