Kotani looks as handsome as when he was first introduced, but in the last few chapters Yu looked terrible, like the author couldn't be bothered to draw him out nicely. Ending was also rushed, the marriage and child rearing could have stood for another volume. Glad to see they had a kid though.

The art - it reminds me a little of Woo-Won and Seo-An. Their background too. One poor, one rich. The poor one is the seme. Except here, the age gap is much wider.
It sounded like PWP but once I started reading it was pure sweetness. Seeing Kugi's smiles absolutely cleansed my soul. Definitely a re-read in the future.
ML is sooo hot and MC is sooo stupid and the sex is so SO good!! Thats all I wanna say.
Initially both MC and ML grated on me, and I found the expressions a little stiff. Plot is also somewhat predictable. However, I liked the vulnerability and insecurity which was well portrayed by Sawol who always felt alone and defensive. ML's character was a gangster and this was not softened by the killings shown. However, he was SO in love and protective of his uke. The last few chapters was emotionally well done. 4/5 for me,
The way the eyes are sooo beautifully drawn, they emote so much - be it the love felt, the strength to protect, or the underlying vulnerability - and it really sucks you in. I absolutely love it. All the moles too.
I swear the art style isnt what it was in the earlier chapters. It was soooo good. Now for some reason it looks like a lazy-ass version of what it was. Sigh.
It started off ok then the sleep SA at C8 left me feeling so ick. I mean, I know seme has trauma issues and he is a cute softie but he is also so emotionally manipulative. MC is ok but wayyyy too forgiving of seme and also his best buddy who is also quite trashy. So whilst this had its good moments, the sus and bad ones and the constant angry/upset sex didnt do it for me.
I am in love with this story, its unputdownable!! And I am so attracted to Boss, he ticks all my boxes. So yummeh!
Rivals to lovers can be pretty cliche, but seme's reaction when the game was up with uke, wow, he blew me away with his rationale maturity. That made this plot and storyline different, loved it! Also their chemistry, sexual and otherwise, is so dem good. I hope this gets more volumes.
