What confusing about it? She is 5 she is a child herself. There a difference between mentally and physically. If she was physically 27 but mentally 5 then she would be seen as having a ddlg kink or just mentally ill. But since she is physically 5 and mentally 27 she just seem more mature. And she have the hormones of a child. Even in real life sometimes in school you could hear an adult say that a child mentally acts older then their age.
