I have read to chapter 6 and the friend told him to hurry up because the body disposition of the omega. His body suffers of heats attacks frequently and without the suppressors he can live a normal life but those aren't meant to be taken too much for the side affects, which in his case are really strong and damage his body so that's why he was having sex frecuently (suppressors are made with alpha hormones is explained so that's why he do that because there are not side effects that way), and since meeting him (the fated pair) his body has been rejecting sex with other alphas, but omega one don't wanna have sex with him because he doen't think of fated pairs and alphas in general of something good for the tragic past of his father/mother who was abandoned with a large debt after the making the pair and making him work selling his body and deterioting because he was marked and after a long time of selling his body and enduring the father/mother abandoned the omega and that's how he goes to the orphanage.
The story is really good and the final pages in chapter 6 are so awesome and beautifully done, is still ongoing.
