I wanted to hope that the mom would eventually reconcile with the daughter and become part of the family since she helped the dad get away, but if what the magic tower master said about her mother is really true then I hate her with my entire being. Even if she had some reason to do it, that literally sparked the downfall of the daughter in the og story.

I was annoyed with Riftan before for constantly treating her like she was extremely fragile and couldn't do anything but in this case I totally understand him. Imagine how nerve racking it must be traveling days through difficult terrain and monster ambushes with your inexperienced wife whilst still having to manage the lives of other countless soldiers. I can understand both sides in this case. Maxi wants to prove she can be of help to him bc she cares for him, and Riftan is worried about her safety and just wants her to live comfortably he cares for her. But obviously Riftan needs to work on how he expresses that lmao

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's been annoyed with Haru, he's been constantly putting Neungso in situations were he has no choice but to do something that he dislike just to make Haru happy and it has just been irking me so much. It went from Neungso inviting Habibi from the kindness of his heart (only to be accused of cheating by her dumb drunk ass) to Haru begging to go to the Rabbit Kingdom (knowing of the shit Neungso went through there) to heal her bc he decided to bite her, and now trying to get Neungso to become king of that kingdom I'm just so???
