It's not so weird, since they have the best chemistry between any relationship in the series thus far - which in itself isn't weird either seeing as they are the mc's and have gotten the most attention.
Technically they're cousins, but they're grown close and lived more like brother and sister. I won't judge them, whichever direction their relationship leads to. It's quite the interesting dilemma because it's handled well.
