So is Ye Li gone??? I don't know how to feel about this not gonna lie. I wish that their souls didn't fuss cuz now it feels like Ye Li doesn't exist anymore.

Yooo.. unfortunate for you they fused their souls because ye li and the spring god(forgot his name) is one in soul and body from the beginning of ye li's life when he was taken to be shown to the spring god while he was unconscious (unconscious part found at ch. 54 page 14) :>
They did not exactly fuse 2 parts of souls. The soul was always in Ye Li, but memories, emotions and powers were locked. And now they are unlocked and accessible by him. And I think in the next chapter (or second next) Chaos will tell people to call him Ye Li. Emotions were locked cause an outburst of anger for example could unlock in turn his powers. Let's give it some time. I think he is just more enriched.
