Orochimaru appearance aside (He should be dead??(￣∇￣")), there's some theories I have as to sarada birth parents mixup;
1. That DNA was probably sasuke's
2. Sakura wasn't able to get pregant, and karin helped her give birth to sarada in a different location since the procedure was complicated (#1 still applies)
3. Sarada is a testtube baby (#1 & #2 applies) and there was complication, so karin either bit the girl or gave her some of her DNA so sarada can heal

Right on that buddy. People these days find it hard to understand the artists or the translators who've put their time, effort, and skill on this should be properly credited just also a means of respect.

I think it's futile for me to try to explain the issues of not properly crediting a person work to someone who really doesn't care. You should care, the work that you love reading so much should give you a desire to properly thank the people who made you happy reading their hard work.
