Yep, but at the same time, there are elements that feel more grounded/realistic/reasonable that I enjoy! Like the MC not falling for ML's charms and keeping her cool on the outside even if she doesn't feel it. Just... it's refreshing to get these kinds of FMCs/interactions every now and then, y'know?
Honestly yeah, you put it into words perfectly! I love FMC as well, and she'd be right at home in a less over-the-top story as well.
