Ahhh, this was a roller coaster. I am really glad everything worked out in the end.
I know everyone is hating on the brother but he did what he needed to to work though his issues (which was his life long abuse from literally everyone except his sister) and his character was actually pretty realistic in my opinion. A lot of times fear is accompanied with aggression, not saying what he did was okay but he took the needed steps to correct himself and the sister was happy in the end. The brother has to live with his mistakes so thats his life long punishment. I'm also really glad everyone still meets up in the end and they showed that she still had a relationship with the other classmates.
I don’t hate him, I just kinda wish he suffered more while she was in her coma. Like I wish she would have been in it for a full day. I’m not gonna knock his trauma, but he shouldn’t have took his anger out on her. I just want him to feel the pain that he was causing her, even if it was just for a few hours. I am glad that he did seek out therapy in the end. So if I had to rate how much of a bad character they are, he’d get 3/5. The parents definitely get 7/5. The parents suck so bad I would pay the devil for front row seats to watch them burn in hell.
Making him suffer more would only make everything worse. He didn’t really take his anger out of her. Instead he was just really irritable. Whenever I am depressed Everything annoys me so I understand. But of course he shouldn’t have done what he did.
