yeah I'm banking on the fact that they deliberately draw him w/a black Halo, have the witches immediately recognize the female angle but not him, AND the dragon who can recognize the female angel also couldn't recognize him but could tell something "wrong" w/his scent. sounds like a setup of a nephilim or demon/angle baby.
