Dr. Semer became upset of dong-gu since he refused to get the injection (sex) from him saying his heart is not ready even though he went on with it without second thoughts with yeon-jun. And then he left.
Yeon-jun having trouble with the throbbing in his chest went to dong-gu the same night and talked things a little bit. They had SEX AND NOT TREATMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME! as yeon-jun himself proposed.
In the next chapters, that blondie (i forgot his name since he isn't important hehe) attempted to team up with dr. semer so that he could get yeon-jun and dr. semer could get dong-gu.
Meanwhile, after that night with dong-gu, yeon-jun decided he should dump all of his fuck buddies and focus only on dong-gu from now on.
Dr. Semer then gave dong-gu the cure since blondie doesn't want it and is interested in the remedy (that injection of yeon-jun through sex).
Blondie got beat up by a random stranger after having sex and went to yeon-jun claiming that dong-gu took the cure and that yeon-jun is his last option for treatment
Dong-gu decided not to take it and to return it to the doctor. He met yeon-jun on the way. There they had another misunderstanding. Yeon-jun thought what blondie said was true and snatched the cure from dong-gu. Dong-gu, on the other hand, took it back thinking he'll return it once and for all and ran away, leaving yeon-jun hurt.
Dr. Semer, once again urged him to take it since blondie wouldn't use it even if he returns it.
Yeon-jun, barged in and drank the cure..
