the way they progress the story reminds me an awful lot of how japanese mangas progress the plot. especially isekai ones, where they really really keep on delaying the story progression by putting in fillers, some daily stuff plot some unnecessary updates and then once in a while they brush over the actual main plot. i mean, not that it’s bad, but if i wanted to read that kind of story progression, i wouldn’t have read manhwa yknowusually manhwas are much better paced and focused on the main plot but this one, they just keep on buffing deborah without letting her actually discovering what the hell is going on with these cults. she doesn’t even mention mia that much in recent chapters, to the point i even forgot mia existed in this story

after reading all of this author’s work, i can say that it’s not the translation guys, it’s really the style of storytelling this author is using. like the dialogue is not as simple and straightforward as most stories so it’s not easy to kinda understand what they’re on about most of the time especially when we’re used to reading in a fast pace

but i REALLY am more curious about miyoshi’s friend like man dipped in for a sec, introduced him to a new world, disappeared, came back again to give relationship advice and support and then disappeared again like don’t tell me he’s not 2nd couple material cause dude already seems like a better man than miyoshi. like the type that’s freaky but chill and respectful like that. pls i want a story of him
so can i have the 2 lords become the second couple? :)))
