Well, if a straight boy feels uncomfortable with lgbt sex then it’s the problem in his head. LGBTQ+ people are dealing with the straight sexuality everywhere explicit or not, and I’ve never seen any of them saying it makes them uncomfortable. If a straight person says they want less of LGBTQ+ showing explicitly of the sexual relationships because that makes them uncomfortable they can GTFO from this genre with that hidden homophobia.
