aha sooo :) well it is toxic, but not as bad as it’s made out to be. The reason I think most people hate it is because every single character has some tragic backstory or psychological problem. Also the progress of the couples is very confusing at least for me. BUTTT I really like this story, but ultimately I would recommend it if you like complex stories with sad characters (that you will love ;)). I enjoyed it but ultimately ur choice, I will say u get addicted to it th ;-;

Whatever you do, try not to interact with the comments on here or anywhere else cause the "fans" are way more toxic than the manga. I've gotten judge for my opinions and got told that I'm wrong....(￣∇￣")

I feel like it's worth the read especially cause of the art and it feels like any soap opera/ k-drama. You will get annoyed at the characters and how everything is dragging on.

Totally worth reading. It's not toxic, it's just a story with well-written characters that are not perfect. They lie, they manipulate, they hide their true intentions because they're in love and they're all afraid of being hurt or rejected. They're just human: flawed, selfish, jealous...

So, if you like that stuff, you'll love Love or Hate.

And yes it's way more interesting when it's like this. oh and I have a question. So I don't rly like it when you know (from the beginning) what's gonna happen. Kinda scripted. Like when the seme literally rapes the uke (and the uke crying and telling him to stop) but than later the uke suddenly likes the seme and they act like nothing happend. Is this manga kinda like this? I readed a lil and I don't rly wanna waste my time if it's like this

It's a story about flawed people making bad choices and (some of them) learning to fix their mistakes. People cry about anything being toxic on this site, it's just one of their favourite meaningless buzzwords imo lol.
If you like drama and complex, flawed, and perhaps problematic but definitely human relationships, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Be warned that it's not healthy, pure fluff by any means lol

to be honest, i don't think it's really THAT toxic. just flawed individuals trying learn from their experiences. it's all about how they are growing as individuals and overcoming their differences and the limits that they have placed upon themselves which is brought by the situation they are in. it is very well written.

It's a fun read, I suggest rereading the story. Basically, it's a story about revenge with dungeons.....
