This!! I actually thought so too! I thought it was Spoon (WMMAP Artist) too. I think their art was well received in Korea that's why they're imitating the art style? (Not like it's bad tho I personally like it coz it's pretty and detailed)
Omg u just putted what was on my mind into words! And i think same as u. Especially as i remember i saw that WMMAP was one of three best shoujo manhwa in Korea. And me too i found it too attractive and really love it. But u know I'm sure that some authors can make their own artstyle

(I'm not sure of course hahaha) And there was like a sudden boom too that there were new manwhas that are similar to WMMAP characters design too lol they mostly look like Claude with black/blonde hair and similar plots too
