That's very typical for someone who has been secually assaulted. Especially if it was recent. It can be annoying to others how overwhelmed they get but they just don't have control over their emotions or insecurities, and they're always afraid of who will hurt them next. It's especially worse for those that have been hurt by someone they loved or trusted. He has the means to be strong. He's shown that. He just needs to regain his self-esteem and self-worth to get his confident back. I just feel sadness when I see him. And the great urge to hug him and tell him everything will be okay.
