Yes ,you are right .it is censored .the dicks have white scratches on it sadly .
No japanese manga is uncensored, it's the scanlation teams that redraw the dicks. All official releases will pretty much always be censored because it's required by law.
...I honestly couldn't really read chapter 2... hopefully, the scanlation group can translate it again.
I understand the other new translator worked hard on it but I think the amount of watermarks is unnecessary and I don't think they were being mature of how they were replying to all those comments on myreadingmanga... ah the drama in the comments there
