A person cannot give consent when under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I just wanna stress this. It does not need to be violent, show restraint or have your drink drugged. You just need valid consent, just because drunk sex happens often in real life doesn’t mean it’s justifiable (usually both people are drunk so both aren’t giving consent tho, in this case the doc wasn’t and is liable)
