Okay new chapters came out and I understood what you meant. I was talking about the arc where he was kidnapped.
The masquerade guy recognises the uke and is a sponsor for a gala show. He threatens saying he can remove the seme from it so i think he blackmails and sexually assaults him? I dont know whether they had sex or not because there is no mention they did.
Anyways later the uke gets out of the situation by getting video evidence that the guy's son does drugs and blackmails him to stop.
Of course the seme is presented images of the two and goes to look for the uke and gets a phone call. Thats where the chapter ends so I assume the slap is because of that
