the fact that he had to sabotage jaekyoung, shows that jumin knows he’s not as good. I feel like the author might not go down the jaekyoung looses because he is less skilled than his opponent path ever. Especially Since so far sabotage is involved . But I guess we’ll have to wait and see. I think loosing makes sense, to have a redemption arc him confronting his past makes sense in circle way. To be knocked down by his past and having to confront it head on can definitely be the start of his redemption.
