It’s possible that the organisation aren’t aware of what Jiwoo’s mum is doing. I’m guessing she pretended to be the only survivor from the lab Kayden destroyed or claim she was away during that time. I doubt that crazy lady said anything to the higher up since it would look bad that a lot of their test subject escaped under her supervision and it was one of her employees. Jiwoo’s mum did say she wants to continue to save kids like Dark, who were used as awakeners experiment.
I'm pretty sure that lab and everyone inside (including the crazy lady, except the mom) has been unalived and totally destroyed to ashes by Kayden.
