At first I was so concerned why this manga is in the recommendation list because the cover looks concerning, so I readed it and so far it's just funny, cute and wholesome stuff. The 10 yr clearly is the one who has a crush on the older guy and the older guy just views it as a cute thing and he clearly doesn't have any romantic feelings for the 10 yr. The story is just starting so we'll see if it's really horrible
