If you're talking about the early chapter it's bc she knew he'd bring the ivonne on her coming of age ceremony and later it's because before they save the children he tests her and she feels betrayed as she trusted him, but If I understand your question right I think it's because her knight Eclis is easier choice rather than him and at first she wanted to use vinter as a safe person but after meeting him she realized she couldn't feel safe with him so removed him
