Wow. This is the first time I've seen a BL manga based on a real life story. I think it's amazing that even through the years of denial and self-hatred, he was able to accept himself for who he is, and in the end, find true love. I came out as lesbian to my parents recently. My father said that although he's having a bit of a tough time understanding due to his age, he's fine with me liking and dating women. My mother on the other hand... Well, she said I'm a "truly evil sinner". It hurt, honestly. I can only hope that one day, she will accept me for who I am, as well as accepting my future girlfriend. Gay marriage was legalized in my country a couple of months ago, so I'm honestly over the moon right now! I hope the same happens all over the world.
There's this one shounen ai series called Serious Joke (농담이 진담된다). It's really cute, and the korean raws currently have 38 chapters on bomtoom (1st season completed). The uploader dropped the series, handed it over to someone else and said that if the new uploader didn't upload for over a week, anyone is free to pick it up. I honestly really love the series, and I was hoping to find either a scanlation group or just simply enough a person willing to translate and upload it. If you know any scanlation or person who is willing to pick up a series, please let me know.
"Who are you" his mother doesn't remember him because Yoshiki's existence is slowly being erased from the human world. His mom forgot to pick him up from the hospital as well. Seems like the more he 'mixes' with Hikaru the less stable his existence as a human is and he begins to fade from other people's memories, similarly to the villages. He'll most likely become something similar to Hikaru eventually... All in all, this is probably gonna end in tragedy somehow. Seems like Yoshiki will have to choose between his own humanity and Hikaru way sooner than I thought
