No no sweetie don't say that. Even if you didn't like the translation or couldn't understand it, you should thank the uploader or the translator regardless. You don't know the troubles they might have encountered while uploading them, Maby it's easy to state your opinion but you should regret that you are hurting their feelings.
"Thank you for the hard work" or "Thank you so much for uploading <3" aren't hard words, but they have big impact on them. Or you can just say nothing.
No need to say hurtful or criticising words for them when they are literally giving us updates for free without asking for anything in return. I don't even down vote anyone's comment with that on mind.

thank you for being nice about it! the problem with the past upload for me though is that it was UNREADABLY bad, to the point where if that’s the best they could do, it would’ve been better not to upload at all. half of the chapter was cropped away poorly for censorship and the translation was wrong too, it would’ve been better to leave it to someone else
IK the last update wasn't the best on this site.... But in the end they uploaded it with sharing what they love and enjoy with us, since no one shared an update, they thought about pleasing us with one till another person pick it up, and just thinking about how some people choosed to repay their kindness with rudeness just..... Breaks my heart NGL :(.
